Weekly Mowing & Trimming
Lawn is mowed between 3-4 inches. All clippings are bagged & hauled off the property. All structures & obstacles are trimmed around, lastly clippings blown off hardscape surfaces.
Sprinkler Repair & Maintenance
Ground Control’s irrigation technician can diagnose any issue with a sprinkler system large or small. We service residential, commercial, & pump irrigation systems. Anything from replacing the backflow, head replacement, cracked or broken pipes, replacing valves, reworking a system after landscape or curbing install, adding zones, lastly spring start ups & fall blow outs.
Spring Clean Up (Power Raking)
This service includes, blowing leaves out of flower beds around house & any other landscaping. Lawn is thatched using either walk behind power rake or front mount tine rake. Lastly all the thatch is mowed up & lawn is cut to 2.5 inches to ensure a healthy new growth. All debris are hauled off property.
Edging
Edging along concrete to remove any overgrown grass. Includes driveways, entryways, sidewalks, curb fronts. Back patios & concrete edging can be done upon request.
Commercial Snow Plowing
We offer commercial snow removal for clients who need anything from zero tolerance snow removal up to a 2 inch trigger. Ground Control Can handle any type of property. & has many years experience servicing, parking lots, office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, restaurants, banks, HOA roadways, storage units & schools. Residential Snow Blowing
We offer monthly packages for homeowners who do not want to have the hassle of shoveling their driveway. we offer a variety of packages with different trigger amounts please contact us if it is something you are interested in.

Ground Control can come and give your property a good shaping up. Shrubs, annual flowers, trimming down of seasonal grasses, cleaning out of debris & garbage, trimming low hanging tree branch trimming. Snow Hauling
Retake your parking spaces by having Ground Control relocate your snow pile. Whether it be moving the pile to a different part of the property or hauling the snow off site. Ground Control has sites throughout Bismarck for dumping & will handle the process of removing the piles.
